Feng Shui literally, means wind and water, and is a millenarian Chinese art and science that study the relationship between people and their environment. The main principle of Feng Shui is the life force pervading everything called energy or Qi. Feng Shui depicts the flow of Qi in the outside world, in a landscape, a house or an office. The quality of Qi is expressed through form, shape, color, direction, time and the feeling it generates within us. Feng Shui helps you to identify energies that are flowing around you and affect negatively in different aspects of your life. Different types of energy come every 20 years, every year, every month, every day, and even every hour; and they can bring positive as well as negative effect in your life. Knowing how to channel and work with them can make an enormous difference in your life, such us improving your prosperity, health, and harmony around you, and your family, or co-workers, in a work place.

Roxana studied Feng Shui with Master Roger Green, the only international teacher that has adjusted all Chinese formulas to the energy of the Southern Hemisphere. Her studies are based on the traditional Compass including:

Compass School : Advance Flying Star (Master Yap Cheng Hai): Study the energy and time, tracing the pattern of change through the different ages making it possible to access the fortune of a dwelling.

Form School: The study of the forms and flow of Energy, Qi in order to cultivate auspicious Qi and eliminate harmful influences.

Feng Shui Astrology: Underlying influences of universal cosmology and the cycles of change through the Ming-KuaTriagrams of destiny, the BaZhai House Method Triaghram, the “ I Ching”, and Directionality Travel.

Feng Shui Horoscope: The study of the “4 Pillar” which determines in each individual the elements needed for his energetic balance, as well as his personality, strength and weakness.

Complete Feng Shui analysis of houses and offices

This service includes the following:

1. A first visit to the property to survey possibility of non auspicious energies, explained in point 2 and 3 below. Also to take pictures of the property/structure for the preparation of the Feng Shui analysis, to be submitted to the client later. At this moment, the client shall pay half of the total charge of the complete study.
2. Survey of Magnetic detrimental energies, through dowsing, including Geopathic Stress due to earth lines, underground moving water, earth failures, or any type of existing energies that could be affecting the health and/or the overall harmony and wealth of the family or staff members.
3. Survey of detrimental electromagnetic or high voltage fields, from electro domestics, office artifacts, improper electrical wiring during construction, etc.; also detection of radio frequencies of microwaves from WIFI, cellular towers, high transmission lines, satellite dishes, etc. using special meters
4. Detail Feng Shui study of the structure including cures to improve unbalanced energies through the use of the Form School, Compass School, Bagua, the 8 Mansion’s method, and the Ming-Kua numbers of residents, or company staff.
5. A second visit to the property to explain the results of the Feng Shui study to the client; the second final payment shall be paid at this time.

Once the client has done all the recommended changes, a third visit could be required by the client; this visit will be charged separately in the amount of $120, for a maximum of 2 hours; an additional $60 per hour, will be charged after the 2nd hour.

For the complete Feng Shui analysis it is needed the Survey of the property (if it’s available), the scaled Floor Plan of the property, the year that the structure was built, and the day and year and details of the last major remodeling, if applicable. If the Floor Plan is not available, additional fees will be charged for the measuring and drawing time to produce it.

• For the Complete Analysis, the cost includes two visits to the property. If the client desires to have a third or more visits, the charge will be $120, for a maximum of 2 hours each time; an additional $60 per hour, will be charged after the 2nd hour.
• For the Preliminary Energy, the cost includes a short visit to the place of no more than 2 hours; an additional $60 will be charged after two hours
• For the Annual Adjustment, the cost includes a visit to the property; the price will not be reduced if client does not want the visit.

​ Análisis Completo de Casas y Oficinas

Este servicio incluye lo siguiente:

1. Una primera visita a la propiedad para investigar la posible existencia de energías no auspiciosas, explicadas en los puntos 2 y 3 más abajo. También para tomar fotografías de la propiedad/estructura para el análisis del Feng Shui, que será entregado al cliente después. En este momento, el cliente deberá proveer la mitad del pago de la factura total.
2. Un estudio de las energías magnéticas negativas, a través del “dowsing”, incluyendo el estrés de las líneas Geopáticas de la tierra, corrientes de agua debajo de la tierra, fallas de la Tierra, o cualquier posible tipo de energías existentes que pudiesen afectar la salud y/o la armonía y prosperidad de la familia o empleados de una compañía.
3. Un chequeo con metros especiales de los campos electromagnéticos y eléctricos, por artefactos eléctricos en casas u oficinas, por cableados eléctricos mal hechos durante la construcción, o cualquier otra condición que pueda causar altos voltajes, y electromagnetismo inapropiados en las diferentes áreas de la propiedad. También la detección de radio frecuencias y microwaves de WIFI, torres celulares, postes de transmisión de alta electricidad, platos de satélites, etc.
4. Estudio detallado del Feng Shui de la estructura incluyendo curas para mejorar energías desbalanceadas de la propiedad, a través del uso de la Escuela de las Formas, Escuela del Compas, Bagua, y el método de las 8 mansiones; este último será usando el número Ming-Kua de los residentes o el alto personal de la compañía.
5. Una segunda visita a la propiedad para explicar los resultados del estudio; el pago final debe hacerse en este momento.

Una vez que el cliente haya hecho todos los cambios recomendados, una tercera visita puede ser requerida por el cliente; esta visita tendrá un costo adicional de $120, por un máximo de 2 horas; cada hora adicional será $60.

Para hacer el análisis completo de Feng Shui se necesita el “Survey” (si está disponible), el plano de la propiedad, el año en que la estructura fue construida, y el día, año y detalles de la ultima remodelación mayor, si aplica. Si el plano de la propiedad no esta disponible, se hará un recargo adicional por el tiempo para hacer las medidas y dibujo del mismo.

• Para el Análisis completo, el costo incluye dos visitas a la propiedad. Si el cliente decide tener una tercera o más visitas, el cargo será de $60 por hora.
• Para la Energía Preliminar, el costo incluye una visita corta al lugar de no más de 2 horas. Un costo adicional de $60 por hora será cargado después de las 2 horas.
• Para el Ajuste Anual, el costo incluye una visita a la propiedad; el precio no será reducido si el cliente no desea la visita.

Annual Adjustment Energy Evaluation includes:

At the beginning of February of each year, (New Chinese Year) new energies enter through the eight (8) cardinal directions of every property. These energies are like guests that come from Heaven and they activate new energies when combined with existing ones. This service will provide the necessary adjustments to balance and harmonize the existing energies of the property, avoiding problems and suddenly negative changes in the resident’s life. The adjustment could come with changes in colors and form of the property decoration. This service includes a short report and a short visit to the property after recommended changes have been done.

Ajustes de Energía Anual incluye:

Al comienzo del mes de Febrero de cada año (Año nuevo Chino), nuevas energías entran por cada una de las 8 direcciones cardinales de cada propiedad/estructura. Estas energías son como invitados que vienen del Cielo y activan nuevas energías cuando se combinan con las existentes. Este servicio proveerá los ajustes necesarios para balancear y armonizar las energías existentes de la propiedad, evadiendo problemas y cambios bruscos negativos en la vida de los residentes o trabajadores. El ajuste puede venir con cambios en colores y formas de la decoración de la propiedad. Este servicio incluye un corto reporte y corta visita al lugar después que los cambios recomendados sean hechos.
